PREPARE LUNCHES EARLY

If getting everyone out the door in the morning is a frantic rush for you, reduce some of your stress by preparing school and work lunches the night before.

Establish a routine where the fi rst thing the children do when they arrive home from school is hand their lunch-boxes and drink bottles over to you. While
they change out of their school clothes, wash the lunch-boxes. As they have their snacks and start on homework you can refi ll their lunch-boxes and
prepare sandwiches for the next day.

All nonperishable’s can stay in the boxes overnight and then refrigerate the rest.
