GET FIT AND STAY FIT

You’ll have a lot more energy, stay more eventempered and enjoy your kids a lot more if you are in good, robust health. I tend to exercise in the very early morning when the kids are asleep as it energises me for the day.

Exercising doesn’t mean you have to run marathons. Just get out there and move your body – walk, bike, swim, box – the choice is yours. Parenting is a tough job, both mentally and physically, and the fi tter you are the better you’ll be able to manage it.
