BUILD EXERCISE INTO YOUR ROUTINE

A lot of people don’t realise that housekeeping burns calories.

You probably carry several items from one end of the house to the other, but instead, move one item at a time for an extra workout. A great exercise
is to leave the laundry basket at one end of the clothesline, and then hang one item at a time at the other end.

Extra Tip: Remember to bend your knees when you’re picking up an item, so that you are doing squats as you work.
