DIFFICULT EATING BEHAVIOUR

A super way to entrench healthy eating patterns is to make lots of stir-fry dinners. The secret is adding variety:

• Use different vegetables and meats

• Use a variety of Asian sauces

• Use different varieties of rice such as Jasmine and Basmati

• Add sushi vinegar to medium or short grain rice.

Extra Tip: Get your children to help with all the chopping. Depending on their age, it’s great for education on counting, colours, sizes, shapes, etc.
