Add value to doing business with you with a followup. Furthermore, systemise it. Add on to your initial invoice and receipt merge an independent, futuredated follow-up letter.

This second page has the relevant fields of information simultaneously merged, including when and what was purchased. Record the due date of the follow-up letter (three, six, nine months).

Sign these letters, stick them in envelopes, file in date order, and send the letters out on the printed date.
