Eliminate staff downtime


Do you have staff that just stand around waiting for customers to arrive? Or do you have periods in the day of relative quiet? Put staff to work telephoning customers. You’d be surprised at the amount of business that is just waiting for you.

Decide what you want to achieve first Survey? Add value? Get more business? Write a script or two for staff. Ask them to document the results.
