What do your Generation Y customers want?

Born after 1980, they are stimulus junkies, multitaskers able to get whatever they want, whenever they want at lightning speed. They don’t see a need to be loyal to anyone. Speed is a way of life.

Gen Ys don’t make eye contact very well because they tend to be focused on screens of all sizes and not human faces. They won’t care if you ask them about their day or whether they’ve been in before. They want a speedy transaction and will get frustrated quickly if you can’t answer their questions immediately.
