Prioritise customer web inquiries

Wouldn’t it be nice to have your incoming customer emails automatically filed, answered, forwarded, deleted or prioritised? All email software programs have this ability. Most often called the Rules function, you’ll find it in the Tools menu.

Rules speed up your response
For emails you send or receive, you can set up a rule that looks for any criteria you set, then you tell it what to do with the emails.

For example, the program can look for certain words or email addresses and:

• send an automatic response

• forward the email on to the appropriate person

• file it or delete it.

Think of how much time this function can save when you put some clever thinking behind it.
