Stand by your word

Follow through

You’d probably be a millionare by now if you had $10 from every person you did business with who promised to call or follow-up at a specific time or date, but failed to do so.

Don’t over commit

People will trust you and take you by your word, at least the first time, so don’t disappoint. This is especially true for older clients. If you tell a senior that you’re going to call them at three o’clock, they will sit by the phone and wait for your call.
