Don’t worry about being right

All too often we let our pride get in the way of creating a great customer experience. When we disagree with a customer, or they tell us we have made a mistake, our ego makes us want to convince the customer we are right and they are wrong. Make it your policy never to do that because you can never win a battle with a customer. If you do not accept their point of view, they will just take their business elsewhere. You can be right and poor, or wrong and rich.
