Ask your customers what they think of your company

Create a "How Are We Doing?" postage paid card and leave it at the exit, register or include it in their next statement. Short and simple is the rule. What do you like? Don’t? What would they change? Do better? How was their last experience etc.

Bonus 1: This can be combined with collecting their contact details to start/enhance your database.
Bonus 2: It’s smarter to have them go online and enter the information directly on your website (straight into your database) and generating an automatic thank you for their feedback.
Bonus 3: Offer an incentive to improve your response. Many small is better than one large.
